About Kerry

My work is based on a coming together of over two decades of experience in psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing trauma work, meditation and non-dual wisdom paths, cosmology, depth astrology and nature based retreats and vision quests. Over the years I have been blessed with wise and supportive mentors. They lovingly and skillfully guided me by providing safe containers while inviting me beyond what was always comfortable into my own authentic expression.

I am grateful especially to Adyashanti who so beautifully articulates and exemplifies the full paradoxical spectrum of what I held within my inner experience, both personally and in my work with others. Since 2001 I have taught courses at CIIS with cosmologist Brian Swimme, Ph.D., on what it is to live in participatory engagement within a living universe and in more authentic alignment with the cultural and ecological shift of our time. My life and work have been strongly influenced by my creative partnership and friendship with Brian. Peter Levine and those I have studied and continue to work with at the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute planted a seed that has grown into an integral branch of what it is to support others in awakening to what wants to bloom within them. In addition, I offer gratitude to Bill Plotkin , Ph.D., and my dear co-guides from Animas Valley Institute; Steven Foster, Ph.D., and Meredith Little of the School of Lost Borders; and renowned astrologer and friend Steven Forrest.

Although what I learned from others is invaluable, it is through intimately knowing what it is to let go into unchartered territory, beyond the safe and familiar, that guides me most profoundly in my work. Unfoldings. is a direct outpouring of my desire to support you in more consistent and self-referenced inner guidance. While I have by no means arrived, as there is no final destination in our constant becoming, I have come to know something about the nature of transformation and what's involved in surrendering to the inherent pull of our deepest being. In this light I warmly extend the various offerings through as portals to your journey.
